Where can I buy Pre-Shampoo? Is it available in stores?
Pre-Shampoo is currently only available online. Sign-up for our newsletter to get notified when we are available in stores near you.
How do I responsibly dispose of the packaging?
The bottle is recyclable. The bamboo pump should be thrown away (more on that below). The shipping label and shipping tape are both compostable with compostable adhesives. The shipping box, honeycomb wrapping paper and the card inside are all recyclable. Thank you for giving every part of the box a future life.

Most recycling facilities cannot process anything smaller than 2 inches, which means that the bamboo pump needs to be discarded.
How much does shipping cost?
We are currently offering free shipping in the United States! Welcome to the Terra Edition family!
What is the return & exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us at terraeditioninc@gmail.com. Please share your order number and the reason you are dissatisfied. We will gladly be able to exchange products within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, you will be billed for shipping. We currently only offer free shipping in the US.
How many days will it take for my product to arrive?
You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking within 3-5 business days of your purchase date.
Can I send Terra as a gift?
Yes! Shoot us an email after you place your order at terraeditioninc@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to leave off the invoice.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number within 3-5 business days. It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated, let us know at terraeditioninc@gmail.com.
What if my box arrived damaged?
We hope this never happens, but if it does, email us at terraeditioninc@gmail.com and we’ll get replacement products shipped to you.
